Shipping Time And Cost

The process from when you place an order to when the package is actually delivered to you is divided into process time and shipping time. Process time is the amount of time we take to process your order and arrange shipping, while shipping time is how long it actually takes for shipping.

The cost is $5.99 for your order in United States. Free shipping on orders over $60.

Tax

All prices on the site are inclusive of duties and taxes, and you will incur no additional charges when you receive your item for customs clearance.

Order Sold Out

If your order sells out after purchasing, Purexcellent will alert you and let you switch to another style of the same value or process a refund.

Cancel The Order

Currently, once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel your order. If you no longer want an item you purchased, please feel free to initiate a return. Once your order starts shipping, you can begin the return process.

Change Of Address

We cannot change or update the shipping address after an order has been placed. Be sure to check your shipping details before submitting your order.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email notifying you once your order has been shipped and is being shipped to you. This email will contain your tracking information, which can be tracked via the link below. Note that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking link to become active.
